How do I access my purchase? +

In order to access your purchase, you will first need to create an account.  You can do so by following this guide:

When I try to login I get the following error message: "You are already registered to this level" +

If you are getting that message then it means you are on the registration page.  You will want to use the login page here:

If you are already logged into your account, you can go directly to the members area here:

https://www.wpmarketertools.com/members/

When I go to the members area it says "Your Have Access To: No Membership Level" +

If you are getting that message then it means you are not logged in to your account.  You will want to use the login page here:

http://www.wpmarketertools.com/login/

 

 


Technical Issues:

Q1) The Plugin I Purchased Is Not Working Correctly? +

The first thing you will want to do is to deactivate all your other plugins and then see if that corrected the issue.  At that point you can start reactivating the other plugins and see which one is causing the issue.
